Case Study:
Fort Financial

We worked with Fort Financial on the transformation of a former letting agency premises in the heart of Portlaoise town centre. The project involved taking an empty, dated unit on Main Street and reimagining it into a modern, professional space that reflects the strength and identity of the Fort Financial brand....

The works began with a full strip-back of all existing signage and décor, both internally and externally, bringing the building back to a clean base. From there, we carried out a complete internal and external repaint, alongside repair works to the original wooden shopfront, which had suffered damage due to water ingress. Careful preparation and restoration ensured the frontage was not only visually improved but also properly protected for the future.

Working closely with the client and their design team, we ensured all finishes and colour choices aligned seamlessly with the company’s branding. The end result is a high-quality, contemporary commercial space that enhances its presence on Main Street and demonstrates our ability to deliver detailed, client-focused fit-outs from start to finish.

“James and the lads were great to deal with from the outset. Everything was straightforward and they just got on with the job. The standard of work was top class and the place was always kept clean and tidy.

No job was too big or too small and nothing was ever a hassle. We were very happy with how everything turned out and would happily recommend them.”
