The project began with a full strip-back of the existing premises, removing all old signage and dated finishes both internally and externally. This allowed the unit to be brought back to a clean base before carrying out a complete repaint and decorative upgrade, giving the building a fresh, contemporary street presence and a high-quality internal finish suited to a busy gym and café environment.
Working closely with the Build Fitness + Coffee team, the focus throughout was on attention to detail, durability and delivering a finish that matched the ambition of the brand. The end result is a complete transformation of the space, turning a vacant unit into a modern, welcoming business and a strong addition to the Portlaoise town centre streetscape.
